Each order is baked fresh from our paw-tisserie here in NYC and we typically ship out within 2-3 business days of receiving an order. Orders are shipped via Fedex or USPS-Priority and shipping costs are calculated based on order amount per package.

Since all of Buttercup's treats are additive and preservative free, our biscuits are best enjoyed within 4 months of receipt. Perishables have a shelf life of approximately 7 days in the refrigerator but can also be stored in the freezer. .
